Abstract

This application discloses a time synchronization state processing method and apparatus, a terminal, and a network-side device, and pertains to the field of communication technologies. The time synchronization state processing method in embodiments of this application includes: performing, by a terminal, a first operation in a case that a function of accessing a network based on a change in a time synchronization state is enabled, where the first operation includes at least one of the following: an operation of determining whether a time synchronization state has changed; a local storage operation for time synchronization state indication information; or a cell reselection operation, where the cell reselection operation is used by the terminal to select a cell that supports providing time synchronization state information.
