Abstract

Disclosed herein are methods, devices and systems including a first electrode (104), the first electrode (104) having a first electrode segment (111), a second electrode segment (109), and a third electrode segment (113). The first electrode segment (111) may be coupled to the second electrode segment (109), and the second electrode segment (109) may be coupled to the third electrode segment (113). A second electrode (114) may extend parallel to the first electrode (104). A first dielectric material (106) may be between the first electrode (104) and the second electrode (114), and a second dielectric material (108) may be between the first electrode segment (111) and the third electrode segment (113). A third electrode (116) may contact the first electrode (104), and the third electrode (116) may extend in a direction orthogonal to the first electrode (104). The first electrode segment (111) may extend parallel to the third electrode segment (113).
