Abstract

An anti-reflective layer (ARL) includes a light blocking pattern (BM) including a first opening (OP1) overlapping a first light emitting element (ED1), a second opening (OP2) overlapping a second light emitting element (ED2), and a third opening (OP3) overlapping a third light emitting element (ED3), a first color filter (CP1) overlapping the first opening (OP1), a second color filter (CP2) overlapping the second opening (OP2), a third color filter (CP3) overlapping the third opening (OP3), a first sub-pattern (SP1) overlapping a portion of the second color filter (CP2) and a portion of the third color filter (CP3), the first sub-pattern (SP1) and the first color filter (CP1) including a same material, a second sub-pattern (SP2) overlapping the first light emitting element (ED1) in a plan view, the second sub-pattern (SP2) and the second color filter (CP2) including a same material, and an overcoat layer (OC) covering the first, second, and third color filters (CP1-CP3) and the second sub-pattern (SP2).
