Abstract
Provided is a cosmetic which contains a silicone gel obtained by swelling the following ingredient (a) with the following ingredient (b) and which has excellent emulsion stability, satisfactorily spreads when applied, and gives an excellent use feeling.(a): A crosslinked glycerin-modified silicone obtained by crosslinking dimethylpolysiloxane with a glycerin chain.(b): An oil having a 25°C dynamic viscosity of 0.5-5 mm<sup>2</sup>/s.
