Abstract

The present invention relates to a device (2) for lifting a vehicle (1), in particular a caravan or a motorhome, wherein the device (2) has a lifting unit (6),wherein the lifting unit (6) comprisesa plurality of profile elements, in particular exactly three profile elements, which are arranged coaxially to each other and can be displaced telescopically to each other, thus defining a longitudinal axis (X), so that the profile elements can be moved between a retracted position and an extended position in order to vary an effective length of the device (2),and drive means that are coupled to the profile elements in order to move the profile elements relative to each other and to adjust an effective length of the device (2),wherein the drive means comprise a spindle drive (19).
