Abstract
The invention relates to a system (200) and a method (300) for analyzing a map of a part of a biological object, the method (300) comprising: - acquiring (301) a first map (401) representing said part at a first time point; - acquiring (302) a second map (402) representing said part at a second time point different from the first time point; - using (303) the first map (401) and the second map (402) as input to a trained main machine learning (ML) algorithm configured for providing an output that comprises (i) a change mask M_changes highlighting or showing longitudinal changes between the first map (401) and the second map (402) and/or (ii) a segmentation of at least one of said first and second maps, wherein the segmentation of the first map results in a first segmentation mask M1 (411) and the segmentation of the second map results in a second segmentation mask M2 (412), wherein said main ML algorithm has been trained for optimizing, notably maximizing, a compatibility between M1, M2, and said change mask M_changes; - providing (304), via an interface (202), said output of the trained main ML algorithm.
