Abstract
A system for supporting a parking start-stop process of a vehicle, the system comprising a control device (110) for placing within the vehicle, the control device (110) comprising: a motion detector (113) for detecting vehicle movement; a controller (114) for processing data from the motion detector (113); a wireless communication module (115) for communicating with a user's device (140) operating a parking application (141); wherein the control device (110) is configured to send a message to the user's device (140) to invoke stop of parking process via the parking application, upon detecting that the vehicle is in motion based on data from the motion detector (113).
