Abstract

Disclosed in an embodiment of the present invention is a display device in which a conductive layer disposed under a semi-conductor layer of a driving transistor corresponds to at least a channel region of the semiconductor layer to thus prevent disconnection of the semiconductor layer caused by a lower step, and a capacitor is formed by a plurality of conductive layers overlapping the channel region of the semiconductor layer and disposed under and on the top of the semiconductor layer to secure large capacitance. A display de vice according to one embodiment includes: a first conductive line; a first electrode disposed on the first conductive line and overlapping the first conductive line; a semiconductor layer disposed on the first electrode and overlapping the first electrode; a second electrode dis posed on the semiconductor layer and overlapping the first electrode; and a third electrode disposed on the second electrode, overlapping the second electrode, and electrically connected to the semiconductor layer and the first electrode, wherein a region of the semiconductor layer overlapping the second electrode overlaps the first conductive line.
