Abstract

A hood (100) for a roof window (200), the hood (100) for a roof window (200) having at least one filter-retaining component (108) for retaining a filter device (110), wherein the at least one filter-retaining component has retaining means (112) for releasably retaining the filter device (110), wherein the retaining means (112) has a first configuration for retaining the filter device (110), and a second configuration for releasing a retained filter device (110). The filter-retaining component (108) has an actuation means (114c), said actuation means (114c) being actuatable from a rest configuration to an actuated configuration, wherein the actuation means (114c) is operable to cause a change in configuration of the retaining means (112).
