Abstract
An error amplifier (Q2) generates an electric current signal that is constant electric current. A signal processing circuit (102) inputs input voltage for generating an electric current signal having a target electric current value, to the error amplifier (Q2), and detects a failure by comparing a voltage value of voltage output from the error amplifier (Q2) with a determination voltage value.
