Abstract

The proposed electrical device (100) comprises a capacitor including: - a bottom electrode (110), - a dielectric structure (120) extending conformally on the bottom electrode (110) and comprising dielectric layers (121-123), wherein the dielectric structure (120) extends only within a central region of the bottom electrode (110), - a top electrode (130) extending conformally on the dielectric structure (120), - a passivation layer (160) extending on the bottom electrode (110) within a peripheral region of the bottom electrode (110), the peripheral region surrounding the dielectric structure (120) and extending up to lateral edges of the electrical device (100), and wherein: - the lateral edges of each of the dielectric layers (121-123) are covered at least by the passivation layer (160).
