Abstract

Dust removal device (40) configured to be connected to a power tool performing an operation by using a tool insert (14) on a workpiece, the dust removal device (40) including a device housing (41), an extraction head (42) configured to suck dust generated by the tool insert (14), a transfer part (43) connected to the extraction head (42) and movable along a longitudinal direction (44) with respect to the device housing (41), a dust container (45) configured to collect dust and being connected to the transfer part (43), and a light unit (46) configured to emit a light beam (47), wherein the dust removal device (40) further includes an optical guiding element (48) configured to guide the light beam (47) towards the tip of the tool insert (14).
