Abstract
A triphibian metamorphic robot is disclosed, including a metamorphic mechanism, a configuration drive mechanism, and propellers. The metamorphic mechanism includes a closed-loop structure formed by eight connecting rods connected end to end in series. The configuration drive mechanism includes four first drive elements, two of the first drive elements are respectively connected to the first rotating shafts and the other two of the first drive elements are respectively connected to the second rotating shafts, and each first rotating shaft is connected to one of the propellers. The triphibian metamorphic robot has a first motion mode, a second motion mode, and a third motion mode. The configuration drive mechanism can drive the metamorphic mechanism to change a configuration thereof, allowing the metamorphic mechanism to switch to different postures and enabling the robot to switch between different motion modes. The robot relies on structural transformation of the metamorphic mechanism to switch between the motion modes, adapting to requirements of multi-environmental movements in water, land, and air.
