Porta & Consulenti Associati wurde 1991 in Mailand gegründet und versteht sich nach eigener Aussage als eine der ersten nicht familiengeführten Kanzleien Italiens, konsequent nach dem Prinzip der beruflichen Meritokratie aufgebaut. PCA berät über Patente hinaus auch zu Marken, Designs, Domainnamen und Urheberrecht und ist über die Mitgliedschaft in Verbänden wie AIPPI, FICPI, LES, INTA, MARQUES und ECTA sowie die Zusammenarbeit mit WIPO, EUIPO und EPO international vernetzt. Zusammenfassung
A power supply includes an AC-DC converter, a feedback circuit, an under voltage protection circuit, a control signal generating circuit, a voltage abnormal protection circuit and an auxiliary under voltage detection circuit. The AC-DC converter converts an AC voltage to a DC voltage. The feedback circuit generates a feedback signal according to the DC voltage. The control signal generating circuit sets the AC-DC converter to convert the AC voltage to the DC voltage. When the auxiliary under voltage detection circuit detects that a duration of the AC voltage being less than a predetermined voltage is longer than a predetermined period, the auxiliary under voltage detection circuit changes a signal value of the feedback signal, to enable the control signal generating circuit by the voltage abnormal detection circuit to set the AC-DC converter to perform a soft start procedure. |

During this passage, the second perforable membrane (47) is initially perforated by a first perforating member (28) associated with the cartridge (20) and the first perforable membrane (27) is perforated by a second perforating member (48) associated with the needle supporting member (42) and, subsequently, the perforating needle (32) perforates the perforable septum (24). |
