Abstract

A vehicle (100) comprises a vehicle control interface box (110) and a vehicle system (120). The vehicle control interface box (110) includes a first controller (111A) and a second controller (111B). The vehicle system (120) is configured to be capable of receiving a command from an autonomous driving kit (200) through each of a first path (170A) via the first controller (111A) and a second path (170B) via the second controller (111B). When only one of the plurality of paths fails while the vehicle is autonomously driven, the vehicle system (120) continues the autonomous driving based on a command received from the autonomous driving kit (200) through a path other than the failed path. When the first and second paths both fail while the vehicle is autonomously driven, the vehicle system (120) applies autonomous deceleration control to control a brake device (121) to decelerate the vehicle (100).
