Abstract

A cleaning solution includes: an organic solvent having a ClogP value of -1.0 or less; an amphoteric surfactant having a betaine structure; a polycarboxylic acid polymer having an average molecular weight of 2000 or more and 50000 or less; and water, the content of the organic solvent being 10 parts by mass or more, the content of the polycarboxylic acid polymer being 0.1 part by mass or more and 1 part by mass or less, and the content of the water being 30 parts by mass or more, the percentage of the content of the amphoteric surfactant to the content of the organic solvent being 0.5% or more and 1.5% or less.
