Abstract
A quantum convolutional neural network (QCNN) is expected to be able to process large-scale data sets compared to classical CNNs. QCNN has a problem that the calculation cost increases as the problem size increases. An information processing program causes a computer to execute processing of inputting a quantum state of each of a plurality of qubits into a quantum circuit designed to make each layer of a quantum convolutional neural network symmetric with respect to a translation operation for qubits, executing an operation in a first layer of the quantum convolutional neural network on the plurality of qubits, dividing the plurality of qubits operated in the first layer into a plurality of qubit sets so as to be symmetric with respect to the translation operation, branching each of the plurality of qubits in the qubit sets into a different branch of the quantum circuit to execute the operation in each layer of the quantum convolutional neural network, and measuring a quantum state of each of the plurality of qubits in a final state.
