Abstract

A computer-implemented method includes obtaining an image of one or more anatomical vessels of a subject (1202), wherein the image is a segmentation of the one or more anatomical vessels from image data acquired with a three-dimensional medical imaging modality. The computer-implemented method further includes obtaining one or more segmentations of plaque in the one or more anatomical vessels of the subject (1204). The computer-implemented method further includes obtaining Fractional Flow Reserve (FFR) information for the one or more anatomical vessels of the subject (1206). The computer-implemented method further includes generating a composite rendering that includes the image of one or more anatomical vessels, at least one of the one or more segmentations of plaque, and the FFR information (1208). The computer-implemented method further includes displaying the composite rendering in a single viewport.
