Abstract
To suppress warpage of a sealed article and to be excellent in fast curability. A liquid compression molding material containing a resin composition containing an epoxy resin (A), a phenolic curing agent (B1), an acid anhydride-based curing agent (B2), and an inorganic filler (C), in which a glass transition temperature Tg of a cured product of the resin composition is in a range of 50°C to 120°C.
