Abstract
A base station including: an information acquisition unit configured to acquire control information regarding communication with one or more terminals for each traffic flow exchanged between the one or more terminals and an upper device; and a control unit configured to generate a dedicated optical path in any section to the upper device in a case where it is determined that the dedicated optical path for transferring a specific traffic flow is necessary on a basis of the control information acquired for the each traffic flow.
