Abstract

Provided is a method (500) for managing NF authorization in a mobile network using an NRF (116). It is stored (510), at the NRF (116), a network-level profile (403) comprising authorization policy information defining permissions and/or access rights applicable across multiple NF entities. It is received (520), by the NRF (116), a request for an authorization token from a requesting entity (420) to access a target NF entity (410). It is determined (530), by the NRF (116), the authorization token based on at least the network-level profile (403). It is issued (540), by the NRF (410), the authorization token to the requesting entity (420) based on the determined authorization.
