Abstract

The embodiments of the present application disclose a cooking appliance, including: a housing provided with an accommodating cavity therein; a frying receptacle removably disposed inside the accommodating cavity, the frying receptacle being provided with a cooking cavity, and one end of the cooking cavity being configured as an open end; a blower assembly disposed inside the housing, the blower assembly including an electric motor, a hot air fan and a cooling fan, where a cross-sectional area of the cooling fan covers at least part of a cross-sectional area of the electric motor in a vertical direction; and a heating element located between the open end and the blower assembly, the hot air fan blowing a fluid to pass through the heating element and then circulate in the cooking cavity.
