Abstract

A laser welding gun includes a focal tube, a nozzle extending from the focal tube, and a mounting armature adjustably positionable along a length of the focal tube. A conduit assembly extends from a wire feeder and is attached to the focal tube by the mounting armature. The conduit assembly includes a removable tip holder secured to the mounting armature. The mounting armature provides adjustment of an angle between the conduit assembly and the focal tube, and an orientation of the mounting armature is rotationally adjustable around a circumference of the focal tube.
