Über die Kanzlei
Hoyng Rokh Monegier entstand 2015 aus dem Zusammenschluss der beiden Kanzleien Hoyng Monegier und Reimann Osterrieth Köhler Haft und wurde 2019 durch die Pariser Patentlitigations-Boutique Véron & Associés ergänzt. Mit Büros in Amsterdam, Brüssel, Düsseldorf, Lyon, Madrid, Mannheim, München und Paris deckt die Kanzlei praktisch alle großen kontinentaleuropäischen Patentgerichtsstände ab und zählt zu den führenden Vertretern vor dem Einheitlichen Patentgericht. Zusammenfassung
The invention relates to a process for the preparation of a melamine-formaldehyde resin composition comprising the steps of: a) Preparing a slurry of melamine in a solution of formaldehyde in water, b) adjusting pH of the slurry in a range between 8.3 and 10.5, c) Reacting the melamine and the formaldehyde in the slurry to form methylolated melamine at a first temperature between 90 and 120°C, d) when the slurry has become a water-clear solution, cooling to a second temperature between 70 and 90°C and holding at that second temperature for condensation of the methylolated melamine forming a melamine formaldehyde resin composition, e) cooling. The invention also relates to a melamine-formaldehyde resin composition obtainable by the process having a residual (free) melamine content below 3 wt.%, to curable melamine-formaldehyde resin composition comprising the melamine-formaldehyde resin composition and a catalyst and various uses thereof. |

The invention relates to a process for the preparation of a melamine-formaldehyde resin composition comprising the steps of: a) Preparing a slurry of melamine in a solution of a first amount of formaldehyde in water, b) adjusting pH of the slurry in a range between 8.3 and 10.5, c) Reacting the melamine and the formaldehyde in the slurry at a first temperature between 90 and 120°C until d) a first water dilutability between 1:3 and 1:10, e) cooling to a second temperature between 70 and 95°C f) at the second temperature adding a second amount of formaldehyde and optionally adjusting the pH in the abovementioned range, g) holding at the second temperature until a second water dilutability is reached that is lower than the first water dilutability and h) cooling. The invention also relates to a melamine-formaldehyde resin composition obtainable by the process having a residual (free) melamine content below 3 wt.%, to curable melamine-formaldehyde resin composition comprising the melamine-formaldehyde resin composition and a catalyst and various uses thereof. |

There is described a method of simulating a vibronic system with an arbitrary number of diabatic electronic states on a quantum computer. A vibronic Hamiltonian that corresponds to a plurality of electronic states and a plurality of vibrational modes of the vibronic system is decomposed into a plurality of block diagonalizable elements. The exponential of each block diagonalizable element is implemented on a qubit register on the quantum computer. The exponentials of the plurality of block diagonalizable elements in the qubit registers are then combined to derive an exponential of the vibronic Hamiltonian to be simulated. |
