Abstract

A gas barrier laminate includes a barrier layer having a base on which a barrier coat is provided, a sealant layer overlapping a first main surface of the barrier layer, a support layer overlapping a second main surface of the barrier layer, a first adhesive layer that bonds the barrier layer and the sealant layer, and a second adhesive layer that bonds the barrier layer and the support layer, in which the first adhesive layer includes a two-component curing type urethane adhesive, the base includes a polyolefin, and after retort treatment is performed on the gas barrier laminate, an elastic modulus of the first adhesive layer, as measured with a scanning probe microscope, is 5 MPa or more and less than 53 MPa.
