Abstract
Provided are: a control device capable of ascertaining the flow rate of a fluid to be heat-exchanged while suppressing an increase in cost of the refrigeration cycle device; a refrigeration cycle device provided with the same, a refrigeration cycle system provided with the same; a control method; and a control program. A control device (5) of a refrigeration cycle device (2) comprises: a temperature acquisition unit (51) that acquires the temperature of a fluid to be heat-exchanged; a pressure acquisition unit (51) that acquires a plurality of pressures of the fluid to be heat-exchanged flowing through a heat exchanger (HE); a setting information acquisition unit (52) that acquires the type and concentration of the fluid to be heat-exchanged; a physical property value calculation unit (53) that calculates the density and the kinematic viscosity of the fluid to be heat-exchanged; and a flow rate calculation unit (54) that calculates the differential pressure of each pressure of the fluid to be heat-exchanged and calculates the flow rate of the fluid to be heat-exchanged by using the density, kinematic viscosity, and differential pressure of the fluid to be heat-exchanged with respect to a flow rate calculation formula that includes the density, kinematic viscosity, and differential pressure as parameters.
