Abstract

The present disclosure provides a thin film transistor substrate, a method for manufacturing the thin film transistor substrate and a display apparatus including the thin film transistor substrate. One example of the present disclosure provides a thin film transistor substrate comprising a buffer layer disposed on a base substrate and a plurality of thin film transistors on the buffer layer, wherein the plurality of thin film transistors comprise a plurality of active layers and a gate electrode overlapping at least a portion of each of the plurality of active layers, the buffer layer comprises a plurality of flat areas and a plurality of inclined areas alternately disposed with each other, and the plurality of active layers are spaced apart from each other and disposed in the plurality of flat areas.
