Abstract

Examples relate to methods, computer programs, and apparatuses for labelling and for supporting labelling of alarms of a telecommunication system and for training machine learning models. The method (10) for labeling an alarm from a telecommunication system (400) comprises obtaining (12) alarm information and determining (14) relevant features of the alarm using a machine learning model (44). The method (10) further comprises querying (16) a data base (42) based on the relevant features of the alarm to obtain information about relevant incident or configuration tickets, wherein the data base (42) comprises information about incident and configuration tickets of the telecommunication system (400). The method (10) further comprises labeling (18) the alarm as relevant if relevant incident or configuration tickets are obtained
