Abstract
This disclosure provides an information processing method and apparatus, and a readable storage medium, and relates to the field of communication technology, to make reasonable use of S&F resources on a satellite. The method includes: receiving first information sent by an access network device, wherein the first information includes an S&F capability identifier and/or an S&F margin identifier; and sending a first S&F request to a core network device based on the first information; wherein the S&F capability identifier is used for indicating an S&F capability of a satellite, and the S&F margin identifier is used for indicating storage capacity information of the satellite.
