Abstract

A terminal post welding device (500) and a battery assembling system (1), wherein the terminal post welding device (500) comprises: a battery cell fixing assembly (510), a first tab pressing plate unit (520a) and a welding assembly (515), wherein the battery cell fixing assembly (510) is used to support and fix a battery cell (100) arranged in a lying-down state; the first tab pressing plate unit (520a) comprises a first driving assembly (521) and a first tab pressing plate (522), the first tab pressing plate (522) is mounted on the first driving assembly (521), and the first driving assembly (521) is used to drive the first tab pressing plate (522) to move so that the first tab pressing plate (522) presses the tab portion (1030) of the battery cell (100) onto the terminal post (104) of the battery cell (100); the welding assembly (515) is configured to weld the tab portion (1030) and the terminal post (104) that are pressed together.
