Über die Kanzlei
Kraus & Lederer PartGmbB entstand 2024 aus dem Zusammenschluss zweier Münchner Traditionskanzleien: Lederer & Keller, 1934 in Hamburg gegründet und später nach München verlegt, sowie Kraus & Weisert, die bereits kurz nach Eröffnung des Europäischen Patentamts 1977 für US-amerikanische und japanische Mandanten tätig war. Unter dem Motto „Ihr Partner für geistiges Eigentum“ positioniert sich die Kanzlei in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Europäischen Patentamt, dem Deutschen Patent- und Markenamt und dem Bundespatentgericht. Über die Patentarbeit hinaus berät das Team zu Marken, Designs, ergänzenden Schutzzertifikaten, Lizenzierung, Arbeitnehmererfindungen sowie Schieds- und Due-Diligence-Verfahren. Im JUVE Patent Ranking 2025 wird die Kanzlei als eine der empfohlenen Adressen geführt.

A method for a vehicle includes outputting, via a loudspeaker, an audio content; providing a lighting effect output via a lighting device based on the audio content; determining an amplitude gradient using a minimum amplitude and a maximum amplitude of the audio content in a past time period, wherein the amplitude gradient includes a plurality of levels; determining a future amplitude of the audio content to be played at a future time; determining a corresponding level of the amplitude gradient that the future amplitude corresponds to; and adjusting the output of the lighting effect using the corresponding level, such that a speed of the output and the corresponding level of the lighting effect are positively correlated. |

The light source control method includes: acquiring light-emitting pattern data for controlling light-emitting characteristics of a light source array, the light source array including a plurality of light sources; measuring a temperature of the light source array in real time using a temperature sensor; determining, based on the light-emitting pattern data and the temperature of the light source array, to adjust the light source array from a first average brightness level to a second average brightness level; and controlling light-emitting characteristics of each light source in the light source array non-proportionally based on the second average brightness level and the light-emitting pattern data, such that the light source array displays a light-emitting pattern corresponding to the light-emitting pattern data while satisfying the second average brightness level. |

Zusammenfassung
A method is disclosed for a controller of a vehicle, for continuously acquiring images from a forward-facing camera (117, 118) of portions of a front environment of the vehicle that are obstructed by the hood of the vehicle, and continuously projecting the generated images onto screens (204a-204d) integrated within a windshield of the vehicle. The forward-facing camera (117, 118) may be positioned behind the windshield and above a line of sight of the operator, granting the camera increased visibility over the front environment of the vehicle. Each image of a video feed of the camera is processed to perform three-dimensional (3D) scene reconstruction, using depth estimation combined with mesh generation. At each of the screens (204a, 204d), a view of an image acquired by the camera is generated in a respective driver's eye point of view with appropriate model view and projection matrices. |

The method includes arranging at least one multi-color light source (110) to emit multiple lights (112, 114, 116) of at least two colors, and arranging at least one light-guiding lens (130) in front of the multi-color light source, such that the multiple lights are mixed into mixed-color lights in a diffuse lens portion (150) of the light-guiding lens, and then the mixed-color lights are divergently emitted to a front grille panel (140) via a reflective lens portion (160), and through gaps in the front grille panel, a star-sparkling lighting effect is generated. |
