Abstract
A vehicle (1) includes a battery pack (15) configured to be charged with charging power which is DC power from a charger (2), a voltage sensor (13) that detects a charging voltage of charging power, a switching device (14) configured to switch between charging schemes different in charging voltage, and a vehicle controller (16) that determines a charging scheme. The vehicle controller (16) obtains from the voltage sensor (13), an insulation diagnosis voltage (Vdiag) applied by the charger (2) and determines the charging scheme based on the insulation diagnosis voltage (Vdiag).
