A vehicle outer panel assembly (110) including a resin rear door outer panel (31) and an electrostatic capacitive touch sensor (40) that detects contact with a design surface (31A) of the rear door outer panel (31) is provided. The electrostatic capacitive touch sensor (40) is provided on the inner side of the rear door outer panel (31).
