Abstract

The present invention provides on-timer operation which makes it possible to achieve both comfort and low power consumption. Provided is a control system for controlling an air conditioner, said control system comprising: a setting reception unit which receives settings for a target temperature and a specified time when the target temperature should be achieved; an optimal operation calculation unit which calculates time-series air conditioning capacity of the air conditioner such that power used by the air conditioner to achieve the target temperature at the specified time is minimized; and a control unit which operates the air conditioner on the basis of the time-series air conditioning capacity
