Abstract

A display substrate and a display device are provided. The display substrate includes a first light emitting control signal line, a second light emitting control signal line and a plurality of sub-pixels; the sub-pixel includes a sub-pixel driving circuit and a light emitting element, the sub-pixel driving circuit includes a driving transistor, a power control transistor and a light emitting control transistor; a gate electrode of the power control transistor is coupled to a corresponding first light emitting control signal line, a first electrode of the power control transistor is coupled to a corresponding power line, and a second electrode of the power control transistor is coupled to a first electrode of the driving transistor, a gate electrode of the light emitting control transistor is coupled to a corresponding second light emitting control signal line, and a first electrode of the light emitting control transistor is connected to a second electrode of the driving transistor, and a second electrode of the light emitting control transistor is coupled to the light emitting element; an orthographic projection of the first light emitting control signal line on the base substrate and an orthographic projection of the second light emitting control signal line on the base substrate are arranged along a second direction.
