Abstract
A medical viewing system comprising a viewing scope and an encapsulation for the viewing scope, where the encapsulation defines a conduit formed by a tubular element and a locking piece. To allow close contact between the viewing scope and a transparent viewing cap through which the viewing scope captures the imaging, the tubular element can move between an unexpanded position to an expanded position relative to the locking piece.
