Abstract
The present invention relates to a hair dye additive comprising citric acid, phosphoric acid, polyethylene glycol (PEG), and at least one further acid selected from malic acid, lactic acid, succinic acid and combinations thereof, preferably malic acid. The invention also relates to a hair dye, in particular an oxidation dye comprising said additive and a method for the preparation of a mixture for hair dyeing comprising the mixture of a hair dye containing dyeing precursors, an oxidizer, and said additive.
