Abstract
Disclosed are a vaginal foam formulation and a preparation method therefor, which belong to the technical field of pharmaceuticals. Provided is a vaginal foam formulation with estradiol as an active ingredient. In the present disclosure, estradiol is prepared as a vaginal foam formulation, which exhibits good compliance, has a large contact area within the vagina, and allows for rapid release of estradiol. Therefore, the vaginal foam formulation has strong targeting and quick onset of action for diseases caused by estrogen deficiency, and features accurate administration dosage and convenient use.
