Abstract
The invention provides a microfluidic device, including: a fluid channel including an inlet and an outlet; and a dried reagent area and a testing area that are located in the channel. The testing area is located downstream of the dried reagent area. The outlet of the fluid channel is provided in communication with a pump. The inlet of the fluid channel is configured to receive a fluid sample.
