Abstract
An object of the present invention is to provide a method for purifying extracellular vesicles and/or membrane vesicles in feces from a simple, low-cost, and efficient manner. The method for purifying extracellular vesicles and/or membrane vesicles in feces of the present invention includes a step of filtering a sample of the feces with a filter, and a step of bringing the filtered sample into contact with a capturing agent, in which the capturing agent contains a crosslinked polymer including monomer units having an acidic group and/or monomer units having a neutralizing base of the acidic group, and satisfies the predetermined conditions (i) and/or (ii).
