Abstract

A heat exchanger includes a plurality of flat tubes through which a refrigerant flows and a plurality of fins that include a plurality of inserted parts inserted into intervals between the flat tubes and a communication connection part connecting the plurality of inserted parts and that are arrayed at an interval in a fin layering direction intersecting an air blowing direction and an up-down direction. The fins each include a fin body and a drainage part that is provided at a position offset to one side of the inserted part in the air blowing direction and is formed of an inclined part that forms an opening by extending in the fin layering direction and a pair of connection pieces that connect both end edges of the inclined part in the up-down direction with the fin body.
