Abstract

According to some embodiments disclosed herein, a battery diagnosis apparatus includes a sensor configured to measure battery data from a diagnosis target battery and a controller configured to generate experimental data regarding a lifespan of the diagnosis target battery, based on the battery data, establish a statistical model regarding a state of the diagnosis target battery and a regression model regarding the lifespan of the diagnosis target battery, based on the experimental data, and predict the lifespan of the diagnosis target battery based on the statistical model and the regression model.
