Abstract
A photosensitive resin composition containing a polymer formed of a plurality of types of monomers is provided. A dispersion term of Hansen solubility parameters calculated based on the monomers is 16.99 or more and 17.35 or less, a number of carboxylic acids in a molecule calculated based on the monomers is 0.272 or more and 0.304 or less, a logarithmic value of an octanol/water partition coefficient calculated based on the monomers is 2.16 or more and 2.79 or less, and a glass transition temperature calculated based on the monomers is 354 K or more and 382 K or less.
