Abstract

Devices, methods, and systems for event monitoring and detection device (100, 200, 300, 400) testing are described herein. One device includes a memory (124, 524) and a processor (126, 526) to execute instructions stored in the memory to modify a sensitivity level of a sensor (412) of the event monitoring and detection device from a first sensitivity level to a second sensitivity level, cause an air movement device (116, 216, 416) to pass air through a testing chamber (104, 204, 404) of the event monitoring and detection device, cause the sensor to take an environmental particulate matter reading of particle sizes of particulates in the air passing through the testing chamber, and transmit the environmental particulate matter reading to a remote computing device (426).
