Abstract
A voltage gate driver (400) comprising:an OpAmp (401);a current source (402);a pull switch (403) configured to switchably operate in one of: a disconnected mode; and a pull mode,wherein one or both of:a) the operational amplifier (401) is configured to switchably operate in one of:a regulation mode;a pull mode, wherein the operational amplifier operates in the pull mode when the pull switch operates in the pull mode; anda disconnected mode in which the output node is disconnected from the operational amplifier and the reference voltage node; andb) the current source (402) is configured to switchably operate in one of:a controlled shutdown mode;a pull mode, wherein the current source operates in the pull mode when the pull switch operates in the pull mode; anda disconnected mode in which the output node is disconnected from the current source and the reference voltage node.
