Abstract
A method for compensating for losses in wave propagation is provided, including: obtaining a real frequency response based on a measurement result of wave propagation; selecting a complex frequency based on a frequency of a wave and a dielectric constant of a dielectric to at least partially offset an imaginary part of an in-plane wave vector in wave propagation; and obtaining a complex frequency response based on a plurality of real frequency responses and the complex frequency to compensate for losses in wave propagation.
