Abstract

This application discloses an IMS call establishment method, a terminal, a server, an electronic device, and a storage medium. The method includes: in a case that an IMS dedicated bearer is abnormal, sending, by a terminal, first signaling on an IMS default bearer to a network server, where the first signaling is used to notify that the IMS dedicated bearer is abnormal and to instruct the network server to send second signaling to a media server, and the second signaling is used to notify the media server that the IMS dedicated bearer is abnormal and to instruct the media server to switch a bearer of IMS call data of the terminal; receiving, by the terminal, first feedback signaling sent by the network server, where the first feedback signaling is used to notify that the media server has switched the bearer of the IMS call data from the IMS dedicated bearer to the IMS default bearer; and transmitting, by the terminal, the IMS call data on the IMS default bearer based on the first feedback signaling.
