A wireless communication method, a terminal device, and a network device are provided. The wireless communication method includes a terminal device acquires first information of a first cell. The first information is associated with system information (SI) and/or a synchronization signal block (SSB) of the first cell. The first information is acquired based on a first request message from the terminal device. Or, the first information is broadcasted/indicated by a second cell.
