Abstract
The present invention relates to the use of compounds of formula I <img class="EMIRef" id="f21b92c1-b97c-4642-b676-cf774b36861d-ia01" /> for treatment of metabolic disease, wherein R<1>, R<2>, R<3> are independently selected from the group consisting of phenyl, benzyl, and cyclohexyl; Z is a linear alkylene, alkenylene or alkynylene chain with the number of carbon atoms in the range of from 6 to 20, wherein one or more -CH<2>- groups may optionally be substituted with one or more O atoms; R<4> is selected from the group consisting of H, OH, halogen atom, and (C1 to C10)alkoxy group, which may optionally be substituted with one or more -OH groups; and A<-> is a pharmaceutically acceptable anion of an organic or inorganic acid.
