Abstract

A new badge for a user of a facility may be generated to physically access one or more areas of a facility. A Large Language Model (LLM) may be provided with access to one or more databases associated with the facility. The LLM may be prompted to automatically complete at least part of a badge request form for the new or renewed badge for the user of the facility, wherein the badge request form, once completed and approved, authorizes activation of the new or renewed badge for the user of the facility. The LLM may automatically populate at least part of the badge request form by extracting respective information from the one or more databases associated with the facility.
